I don't want this to be political however that's difficult. I just want to share a few things.

Since reintroducing wolves in Colorado in late 2023, multiple cattle and sheep had been victims of depredation. The state is doing very little to nothing to address the impacts on the agricultural community. The wolves ignore the techniques to haze them away.

They are having pups (there is video record).

Today I took my family to the Cave of the Winds as a family outing, literally for something educational and to get out today. I had no idea wolves would be there. It was like a petting zoo. They have 5-6 adult "wolf dogs" and people could sit in a pen and pet them like puppies and play with them.

These are not pets, cuddly, or cute: these are apex predators and people don't understand.

The point here, Colorado isn't addressing the depredation and the ranchers are asking to be allowed lethal methods. One lost 20+ sheep.

Enough to make you vomit. The indoctrination of uninformed minds and the public as a whole. I know you said not to go political here but you can't keep the word wolf and not see the word democrat either. I read an article a month or two ago that they're pumping a boat load of money into western slope elections to get a foot hold in over here. This guy Adam Frisch , a democrat from Aspain had commercials on the Olympics and last night while watching you tube videos on unit 61 here, up pops a commercial for him. The californication of Colorado is in full swing. Next up is no more hunting of mountain lion, ban trapping and lead free bullets mandatory. This election coming up is frightening to me.

I hope for they don't win. But they certainly have a strong foothold already.

All fun and games until they start eating people
That's what everyone says, can you point out the most recent time a wolf attacked someone in North America?

I'm certainly for shooting them all in the face, but wolf attacks on humans are a non-existant issue.

It's unfortunate that children are being indoctrinated on every level nowadays. Most kids can't handle reality because of this.
Just look at the tourons and how they are oblivious to a dangerous situation because they think that all wildlife is part of a big petting zoo.
By the time they are allowed to address the situation in Colorado it'll probably be too late to actually help.

Not sure it is the most recent just one I had read about. The more predators in the woods the more it will happen, just nature whether it is wolfs, griz or mtn lions, it can and will happen.

First one I've heard about in my lifetime. I'd bet grizzly and lion attacks outnumber wolf attacks 500:1.

They have a "wolf and wildlife center" near Florisant CO (it's been there as long as I can remember) , I'm not a fan of the way they present wolves to the public-- they aren't pets, they are predators--- unfortunately I feel it will be too late once people realize the "re-introduction" was a mistake

Do you think it could be due to grizzly & lions outnumbering wolves when human interaction is involved ? I believe in the Middle East they have quite a few attacks from wolves. And breed certain dogs for hunting the wolf. We have seen a few coyotes try to drag a child off. What do you think a pack of wolves would do ? And how about your family pets ? https://www.timberwolfinformation.org/wolf-attacks-on-humans-in-north-america/

I'm no scientist but I live and hunt in wolf country. I'm well aware of what they're capable of, what they do and what they don't do. Wolf attacks on humans are incredibly rare to the point of near nonexistent.

Grizz, lions and coyotes chew on people pretty regularly. I don't know or care what middle eastern wolves do.
