7 Saum is my all time favorite. Soooo easy to find super accurate loads. So many powders that work amazingly well.

I would say it's a toss up between a 7 SAUM, or a 300 WSM if you prefer a 30 cal instead. The 6.5 SAUM wouldn't be a bad choice either. -

I like the 7SS. Sherman has brass and dies, no neck down/up or fire form, so other than no factory ammo, not really a wildcat.

Absolutely breathtaking country. Its on my short list but for trout fishing, not hunting.
