Looking for a good load for my 6.5 creedmoor using 140 gr Berger VLD's. Spring bear is nearing and haven't found a load yet. Have plenty of Varget powder left from the 308 I got rid of.
I just bought some HSM 95 gr Berger VLD's for my wife's 243 Win. Does anyone know what powder is used in these shells and how much? So that I can possibly reload this round for future use.
Thanks for the help.
Hello all I was considering buying a Dpms LR 6.5 Creedmoor for a long range hunting / target rifle. Just wondering if this rifle would be a good choice out to 1000 yards in the target realm and for extended ranges on coyotes and mule deer? I'm mainly in to bolt guns for the long range stuff just...

Looking into building a 6.5 creedmoor in either a ruger m77 mark II target or a savage 10/110 varmint max 1. Just wondering which of these two has the longer magazine/clip so that I could get the most C.O.L. If need be to get closest to the lands of my barrel using 140 gr Berger VLD's. Dont want...
Yea I was kinda leaning towards the creedmoor, now I just have to decide between the ruger and the savage platforms. All I have are rugers, but the savages are suppose to be more accurate. The ruger also has a 2" longer barrel don't know if the 2 inches would be worth it or not?
Hello I'm trying to decide between a 6.5 creedmoor or a 6.5 x284. The majority of my shooting involves shooting rocks out to 1000 yards and hunting on top of that. I already have a 7mm Rem Mag that I do the majority of my long range hunting with but I'm looking for a rifle with a little less...
