Any chance you have a bore scope? Might tell you if there is a burr in the chamber, carbon ring, etc... Odd that another ammo doesn't...

Did you clean and swab out the chamber / neck area before firing? If you have a caliper measure the diameter a little above the belt.

Definitely signs of pressure, but in my experience nosler brass is wayyy soft and lot of times shows false positives for pressure...
