Escaped CA when we retired and moved to eastern TN. Hunted in the thick woods of WI growing up where just about any .30 caliber will work to the 100 yards of max sight distance. Now my new neighbor has invited me to join him out west next fall for mule deer….thus my interest in learning more about shooting longer than 100 yards leads me to your forum.
