tiring to deicde on on either a Nikon Monarch with a 4-16 power or a Nikon buckmaster 6-18 power. also thinking about a Zeiss 3-9. i have had a buckmaster before at a lower power and though it was pretty nice, until i looked into a Monarch!! its going on a rem 700sps-v in .223. mostly...

are their newer X-mark pro with the "externally adjustable" trigger worth getting over the first model X-mark pro trigger? or should i just go after market???

went on there web site, nice looking turrets. thinking about the 65.-20 for my 223 rem 700 sps-v. these are about as nice as Nikon Monarch scopes???

what brand of spray paint did you use? the skulls were a nice touch.

i think its made so both a right and left handed shooter still have a palm swell. compared to the plastic stock that came on my sps-v its great!! no matter how i hold it in my shoulder i can't change the bullets flight. the factory stock i could change it by 3" at just 100 yards. H-S e-mailled...

got it, you want to almost re-shape the palm swell to fit your hand better. then yes if you cut into it like that you may have to re-fiberglass that section again. i have a feeling the inside of the stock has a foam core. H-S has a place on there site to ask questions.

yes they are one very stiff stock!!! the plastic remington stock that came on my sps-v was so bad, depending on how i held it in my shoulder i could make the bullet move 3" at only a 100 yards. my re-used PSS stock in no way does that!! the palm swell, i guess i am kind of used to it.. and...

any way to smooth the bolt out on my remington 700 sps varmint? or just got to keep shooting it.
