It's really hard to beat a spot/stalk mule deer hunt with a bow. It's very challenging but is so much more rewarding when you finally connect. I like the fact that you are making something happen instead of sitting in a tree stand hoping (I still love that though!).

I like 100 grain Shuttle T Locks. They fly like field points and don’t seem too affected by wind. The solid construction means good penetration at distance as well.
