Gettin identical velocity with the 180 Hybrids in two 7 PRC GW's Nexus 20" set-ups. I'd be fine with 1k on those in the right conditions...

If you go for something on a 308 case it’s going to be slow with a short barrel. I would look at 7 saum or one of the wsm’s.
