i have heard bout all the legal problems. hes a sheriffs dept so hopefully he wouldnt do anything dumb. as far as the bullet goes i should look for smk's and a-max? i know they say dont use them as hunting bullets but is that just bc they have a thin jacket and fragment when they hit ?

i have a guy wanting me to go pick up stuff tomorrow he has a colt 6940 and a m1a loaded. one does anybody have any good safe loads for these and two which type of bullet would do the most damage? keep in mind he wants cheaper bullets like hornady and sierra doesnt want to pay for the higher...

basically i have a 3.5-15x56 nightforce sitting in my room right now with no gun to put it on. it was on a rem 700 sendero sf2 in 300rum. had some probs with the gun so got rid of it. ok so im looking for a gun to put that on in a 308 with a heavy barrel really dont trust anything from rem right...

well hes not a very good shot hes only hunted with a 30-30 as far as i know. i reload my 308s and really around here theres nothin u cant kill with a 308. he wont have any distance shots to amount to anything. most likely nothin over 150 yards. ive been wantin to start doin some distance...
