Never heard of such a thing. What bore cleaner are you using that needs a neutralizer? I use Bore tech eliminator. works on carbon, lead, corrosives, and copper. Barrel safe, no ammonia, no smell, biodegradeable, Non Hazardous. I clean the bore, run dry patches, then put in a light coat of oil.

I have still been able to find primers semi locally for $100 per 1000. I still miss the days of $30 per 1000 but they are long gone. Are prices still going up?

I have found slip 2000 carbon killer to work wonders on wad fouling in shotguns, and i do have a dedicated copper remover from bore tech. But with regular maintenance with eliminator i almost never have to use it.
