Did someone say "storyboard"!!!!
I never get tired of hearing about Allen Magnums, keep up the good work and some day when the Army decides to give me a pay raise I plan on buying one of my own.
I am debating on purchasing a March for my .338 LM
I did read on optics talk that the march has considerable mechanical error in turret adjustments. I haven't shot or evaluated march scopes.
Any opinions, I like the power ranges they offer and am wanting to hear other peoples experiences.
100% correct, you can zero at any distance. My .02 is just use a 100 meter zero ( the whole metric thing just helps if you don't use software). With that reticle I shoot out to 2200 meters with a hundred meter zero.
Thanks for the help. I was wondering if there was a magic length for a heavy hitting round to prevent the barrel whip. Or if it didn’t matter with a thick enough barrel.
So if you just stick with a 338 lapua mag and go with a 1.25" diameter barrel with straight flutes for 30" in length you should be sitting good. Am I on the right track?
So it comes down to wildcat vs. standard? Fiftydriver jump in anytime. Cant wait to to hear your opinion on this one, my two cents quality will always win In the long run but that is just my opinion.
