I have measured and weighed a lot of both bullets and I can tell you that Bergers are a lot more consistent in both weight and BTO... -

SLee's neck collet die doesn't get much respect from a lot of handloaders but they've worked great for me for many many years.

SI use their neck collet die as well as their crimp die and never had any issues.

Create a false shoulder or jam with caution. This is your problem. It is a sloppy case in your chamber causing inconsistant primmer strike.

I would say not a primer issue. Light strikes are apparent on 2 of the 3 cases and the 3rd case you probably attempted to fire it twice...

IMO if you can’t feel a bit of resistance when chambering it’s probably not enough.

With the improved cases, You need either a crush fit with the brass in the chamber, and/or jam the bullets to get consistent ignition...
