Len, I'm 53 last year I thought I tore the ACL in my left knee,went to Dr. and got a MRI he said no torn ligaments,But lots of Arthritis. I don't know if that was good news or not? I'v been riding a bicycle quite a bit I think that helps. Plus the Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Just my thoughts,Randy

I can remember my Aunt would catch a chicken and step on it's head and pull! Seperating the head from the body,then let it flop.Then we'd have fried chicken for lunch! yum yum LOL

The Mississippi is high but I don't know if it's gonna hit flood stage or not. The Gasconade and some of the smaller rivers are really high!Most of the rain hit the SE and central part of the state.

I would have to second Archerytalk, it's a great place to find anything archery.

Hello guys, I live in central Missouri. Which right now is pretty flooded,we got between 4-12 inches of rain the past couple of days and the rivers are all out of their banks!! I do alot of Bowhunting and shoot a little bit.Just got a AR-15,been shooting it quite abit. It's a 16" bull barrel...
