I need a good load for an R 15 .223. 1:9 twist.

I have 250 resized primed brass I got in a trade. They have the lube on them. How can I clean the lube off primed brass? They are too sticky and greasey to load and run in an AR

I have a Rem. R15 223. I ordered 223 ammo and was shiped 5.56. Can I shoot 5.56 55g from a Remington R15 marked 223 on the barrel.
