Cooper I am sure will have no problem fixing it. The primers on the ones seem to be set alittle deeper. Also they did send me very promptly a new spring. They wanted me to send in the bolt. But it is winter and coyote season. They sent me the spring. I'll try that. I did buy another box of ammo...

Trigger is at 2.5 pounds. They sent me a new spring. We will see if that helps. These were Federal Primers. So not sure if it will make much difference. We will see. It shoots very well.

I was shooting some factory Federal Ballistic tips through this rifle and was getting misfires. The primers looked hit but not a sharp hit more of a crator type hit. Cooper say regular .243 can be shot. I took apart the bolt and cleaned it. Lubed with G96. Wasn't very dirty. Hoping this fixes...

I been doing a lot of measuring. I will be putting a Ziess conquest hd 5 2-10x42 on this gun. Seems Medium Talleys will work but maybe a tad high. The lows should work. But it is guess with the penny trick and a Nikon 42 mm scope which is close to the same size as the ziess. Bolt seems like it...

Alright, I just sealed the deal a few minutes ago.... I new it was less than 1/2 new. Just wasn't sure what the used market would bring. I guess it shoots very well.... Has approximately 70 rounds through it. Have to fire form the empty brass. As they are from a regular .243

First stop has a few different models in the 6.5-284. And scheels may have one. I know they an Excaliber in 7mm. And a few pheonix as well as others.

If your looking for a standard one with a 24" barrel some stocking dealers have them. So no wait.
