That happens quite a bit on this site. Some just don't understand that pressure = velocity.

I ran out of case capacity when trying to get good velocity using H1k on the lighter projectiles. I found the H4831sc worked better all...

FYI, N560 shot much better in my 7PRC with LRM primers that with LR. Noted the 7PRC has larger powder capacity so you may not see this...

Yikes, 60 grs of H1000 sounds way beyond max. Gotta be a very compressed load. Your brass will be toast after one firing most likely.
