Price for scope alone?

I am new to this caliber so excuse me for not knowing, but is there much factory ammo I would need the faster twist rate for? If so please give a few examples. I have looked for some but not in depth.

The price for these rifles is about $900. So while thinking about all this, let's make $1000 for just the rifle my max.

Found one I think might be right for me. I know it's too much scope for what I can do but this way I won't have to buy a better one later. Vortex PST-43127. It's a 6-24x50 ffp illuminated reticle ebr-2c. This way the hold offs are there for me. Any comments or other suggestions appreciated.

Sfp is all I've used. Wouldn't be against ffp though.

I'm all for saving some money, but if I did ever want to go out further I would have to go with his. Also I believe the 4-16 is a second focal plane rather than a first. I think the 6-24 is the winner. Thank you for responding!
