I have a savage 110 action in a choate tactical stock,rifle basix trigger, shilen 26 barrel 1-9 twist 11* target crown varmint contour, no ejector in bolt. Has 20 Moa base. Has less than 100 round though it. Like 162 grain bullets. The action has been oxidized and barrel has been bead blasted...

Going on my first hunt out west. Was looking for some insight on what units to put in for. I only have one pp. I'm not looking to kill a monster I just want to beable to have a chance to take my first antelope. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a new rangefinder for an antelope hunt next year. I want one the will range antelope out to around 800 yards. I was wondering what you guys are using in the field.

Just ordered a vortex 4-16 hs-t for my savage 6.5x47. What rings and what height should I go with. The barrel is a varmint contour and I have a 20m one piece base.
