Just ensure your.pressure is high enough to cycle the spent casing. You gonna go through some brass. ARs are brutal on brass.

I just let it warm up while I get things ready for my reloading session. 30 minutes goes pretty fast for me anyways.

I never turn mine off. I just put it to sleep. But I use mine a few times a week.
