It is a F series. If memory serves it is a 5.000 or 5.062 spacing It was originally in 223 and I did a barrel swap and bolt head change. It is now in 308. The mag box is staked in. I also need the follower and spring. Thanks

I didn't change calibers. I changed powders. Study your reloading data. Then search all the usual suspects everyday for a powder that will work. Worked for me. I just scored 16lbs of 4064 from Graf and Sons.

I'm starting a custom build .308. I want to use a Remington 700 for the action. So, I'm in the market for a 700, 308 or 243 short action. With or without barrel. Preferably with trigger group but ok without. A complete rifle would be ok if the price was right. Thanks for looking.

Thanks but I need the tight twist to stabilize heavier bullets.

Looking for a heavy barrel .223 with 1:9 twist. A Savage 112 BVSS would be great.
