I wanted to hear if anyone has used PBB Carbon wrapped barrel's, are they accurate, any problems with the carbon wrap peeling or they as good as some of the other carbon barrels on the market, proof, benchmark etc ?

Have you thought about making the countertop with concrete? Just build the frame and pour, it would be more work and time consuming, but it will definitely last a lifetime and cleanup very well.
