As far as I know Norma still makes 7x61 S&H brass.
The Schultz and Larsen rifles chambered in 7x61 S&H were popular here in New Zealand and also I believe in Australia plus Canada.
As @DSheetz as stated they are indeed made in Denmark.
They have the S&L cut rifled barrels which are lapped which tend to be very accurate, all eight of the S&L rifles that I hand-load for will shoot sub 0.5 in 5 shot groups at 100m. There is no plastic or alloy on the Legacy rifles...
The Schultz and Larsen Legacy is a scaled down action produced in 222, 223, 6x45 and 300 Blackout. This is a switch barrel system. Here is mine in 223.
Hi Justice1327, thank you for the time, effort and expenditure that you have put into this exercise. I noticed in your latest video (post #68) that you have included KG 1 Carbon Remover. Is there a reason for using this rather than KG 12 Copper Solvent please?
I have a Redding Model #3 powder measure that I bought new in the mid seventies, it looks the same as the one the OP has but mine is green rather than brown.
Mine throws weights from 5gr to 100 gr. Redding still makes the Model #3 and you can buy a pistol chamber for it that throws 0 to 10 gr...
After reading the OP I looked through several reloading manuals to see how @Oldschool280 load compared. As stated the Nosler 9th manual lists 64 grains of Win 760 as the start load with a max of 68 grains for their 85 gr BT. The start load is 79% case full.
Hornady 10th manual lists 55.6 grain...
CZ are now making the CZ600 which I believe is a mini action.
Cooper made the M51 which was a mini action but they have since been bought by Nighthawk Custom and at this stage I don't think they are making rifles.
The other one that I know of is Schultz and Larsen who make a mini action called...
My first CF rifle is the only rifle I have sold. It was a Parker Hale 1200 Deluxe in 22-250 that I bought new.
It shot 5 shot groups of around .75" at 100 yards which was great back in the late seventies.
The issue was it wouldn't chamber a quick second shot, the cartridge slammed into the top...
It is my understanding the LabRadar are designed and made by Infinition who are based in Quebec Canada. Whether they are actually made in Canada I don't know.
The rifle profile is designed for 1600 fps to 3900 fps. Since your loads are subsonic you may need to try the handgun profile (600-1600 fps)
Also do you have the Trigger Source set to Trigger or Doppler?
