    Ruger 10/22 Muzzle Brake

I don't think any .22 rifle would warrant the use of a muzzle brake. How long is the barrel? A .920 barrel will be heavy enough to really dampen muzzle flip, etc. .22's really don't even have alot of recoil to start with. Besides that, in my opinion the clamp-on "barrel stabilizers" or slip...

    10/22 action too loud

CCI CB longs should be able to feed with the magazine, but as you previously noted you'll need to manually work the bolt with every shot. I've never shot with a supressor before, but I'd be willing to bet it would produce next to no sound.

    Just some pictures

    Budget .22LR Long Range Rig

I will agree that the CZ 452 rifles are about as accurate out of the box that you'll need... with some trigger work and a decent scope they could shoot a long ways.

    Budget .22LR Long Range Rig

Given a .22 has a limited "long range," something like a Mueller APV (around $130) should work. It's a 4.5-14x 40mmAO and works well for ranges that a .22 can reach. It's not extremely high quality glass, but it is very clear from edge to edge and focuses very well. I like mine. Using Burris...
