So I spent the majority of my day doing load development on my rifle and am looking for advice or thoughts. Rifle is a seekings ph2. Here are my results. I can't figure out the velocity spike from 59.8 to 60 grains. All bullets seated .015" off the lands 59 grains Avg 2950 Es 14 Sd 7.4 1.093"...
