Yes they can. The military uses Berger bullets, Lapua, all owned by NAMMO…Norway. NAMMO also produces rocket motors for missiles.

I use 125 gr and 100 gr swhackers in my Ravin. I love the practice broadheads available and the performance on game is awesome.
