I've got a 110 Single shot in 300WM. It's a one holer at 200yds. It sports a Shaw barrel, EGW bedded rail, Vortex 6 - 24 x 50 MRAD, and a Hogue stock. Wouldn't trade it for the world.
I've used the alcohol and lanolin for years and have never had a problem with it. But as OhYtD said, keep clear of the shoulder area to avoid hydraulic dimpling.

When sizing, do you keep your ram at the bottom of the stroke for a couple seconds? Makes a difference. If sizing too fast, your brass could be springing back, giving inconsistent readings.
I'd get the Berry's versa cradle. I have one and know from experience there's none better.
