I'm gonna go ahead and pick it up today. He has a bunch of powder in stock but he had it because its overpriced and no one local is willing to pay his marked up prices.

I'm needing some H1000 for a 6.5 PRC build I'm working on but figure it will be at least a year before my build is completed. My local store has a 8 pound keg for $350+tax. Should I grab that up or wait until I can find some for a better price?
