WHAT OPTICS ARE YOU USING ON YOUR MINI-14?
I installed a aimpoint Hunter model. It’s probably 20 years old, It has a 3 moa dot and it has a longer tube that I installed 2 30mm rings to a rail to the receiver. What would you do?
My advice is, go to JBM ballistic calculator and enter all the data you need and see what the minimum energy level is at a 1000 yards. Enter the bullet speed, the bullet, BC, the barrel length, and the altitude you will be shooting it. this will tell you the energy at 1000 yards. The drop in...- Jnm300ultra
