My only concern is with the non illuminated ffp grid reticles. The Horus, Tremor 3 and CCH are going to be virtually useless in lowlight/low magnification. If you go the Mark 5 route and plan to hunt with it I would spend the extra coin on the illuminated TMR.

The Tikka is a better rifle regardless of the caliber you choose. A good brake like the Little Bastard paired with a Limbsaver pad and get after it.

I guess the reasoning behind it is so you can turn illumination on/off from your desired brightness setting with one click of the dial.

I bought the Leica 2400 last week. It ranges great and gives fast readings. I don’t need a ballistics program in my rangefinder so if it holds up for a few years I’ll be happy. I like it better than my old Swaro.

I have three of the SHV’s in 4-14x50 F1 Mil-R and I think they have good glass for the money. The turrets aren’t anything special. Feel mushy compared to an NXS or ATACR but I still think they are a good value.

I’m considering this reticle in a 4-16x50 Atacr vs the Moar reticle. I have no preference of mil vs moa as I’ve used both. I’m curious from those that have used it or currently use it how you like it in low light hunting situations. My eyes are pretty good but I doubt they’re getting any better.

Decided to keep the Sendero. Its the newer version so yes it needs a trigger. Also after quite a bit of debate I'm ordering a GAP 6.5 4S extreme hunter. Lots of money and the wait is going to suck but I couldn't help myself. The creedmoor will have to wait for another day.

I've had my eye on a McWhorter 6.5 Creedmoor. Only thing holding me back is the price tag. If I went that route I would take the scope off my Sendero and put it on the new gun and sell the Sendero. Seems like it would make for a better target gun and still adequate for game up to deer size...
