Mitutoyo is one of the "Big 3" when it comes to precision measuring. Starrett and Browne&Sharp are the other 2. I actually prefer B&S calipers, Mitutoyo outside mics and Starrett for inside mics and depth mics. Sorry, I get carried away with these tools. Am a 30 year plus machinist.
