I would stay away from CA rifles. I had a rough experience with them and finally was able to get a refund. The rifle was lightweight indeed, but no more accurate than my stock Remy 7mm. The CA would not hold 1 moa with 168's or higher. (7mm). And the bolt was hard as hell to cycle.

Both look fine to me. I have factory federal premium 308 shells that have primers flat! I load 72 grains retumbo over Berger 180s in my Remy. No pressure issues. Great accuracy.

Where do you go from here? Sell it! I went thru so much time trying to get mine to group, I returned it for poor accuracy. It grouped moa for 140's but terrible for 168, 175, 170 in 7mm rem.

Just received my 7mm 175 ELD-X's. I'm getting .48 inch groups for 3 shots (100 yds) with Berger 180's , 72 grains Ret., kissing lands, out of my stock Remington 700. Confirmed and calculated FPS at 500 yds is 2980/3100 respectively. Wondering if I just pull some loaded rounds with the 180's and...
