This is the brown model. This one has been in the sleeve since new. Glass is clean and clear. No faults that I can detect.
$600 shipped to lower 48. Will provide tracking and insurance also.
I picked up a Christensen Mesa in 6.5PRC for a light weight long range rig and lookin for repeatable glass that’s lighter than NF. I run and trust NF on my others but trying to keep this one lighter weight. I put a Zeiss V6 on it but dang I’m hearing logs of horror story’s about Zeiss not...
For those that dial with a ZEISS, what custom turret are you using? I’m needing them for a V4 and a V6. Looked at Kenton and one other one (can’t remember the name). Just curious as to which you prefer. Thanks
Up first is a new in box Swarovski Z5 3.5-18x44 P BT with the L4W. This one is new and never mounted. Just been sitting in the safe. SOLD
Next is a very nice pair of Zeiss 8x30’s. Excellent condition with perfect glass. Comes with case, strap and eye cups. No box. $475 shpd to lower 48.
Payment...
I haven’t been able to find a V6 under $1400. V4’s at $900. Really didn’t want to silent the extra $500
looks like they didn’t offer the V4 4-16x50 with the #60 reticle so that explains why I can’t find one! LOL
That sells it for me on the #60!
One other question.
since there is only roughly an ounce difference in weight, do you prefer the 44 or 50mm? I’ve always used 50’s abs up but thinking about the 44.
Do you not think the #60 is too fine? I too like the looks of it on paper but saw a couple through the lens screen shots and it looked really fine to me?
I’m looking to buy/try a V4 4-16x44 and can’t decide on reticle. I’ll be using this on CA Mesa 6.5PRC for whitetail and will be dialing for elevation. What reticle do you guys prefer on this scope given the intended use? Thanks
