Want To Buy Hammer Hunter .284 177gr

Looking to buy 177gr HH since they are discontinued. Don't really want to do new load development for a new bullet since my local deer season is 2 months away. I only have Venmo. Thanks!

Favorite pack/frame to pack out elk

I love back pack hunting. I've found out a lot of guys like to brag they have the most expensive so it's the best. I've also seen these guys miserable when they got gear and meat equaling a 100+ pound pack. Packs are like boots. They gotta fit right. I hated my Eberlystock under heavy weight...

How are the Bolly's doing since the last burn? I know that country needed a good brush cleaning.

He's about as grey as them come. Not a lick of summer coat left on him. The real hunting starts on the 16th. High country blacktails in trinity.

I passed a big forky opening day and this guy are the only 2 I've seen worth shooting this year. The ranch I hunt on generally doesn't produce bucks until September 1st. I killed him on 9/2. It should be game on the rest of the season. Wife is gonna be mad if I kill a big one in B zone. Haha! My...

Bigger bullets more energy. With copper bullet BC numbers I want all I can get out of them. I'm not a light and fast guy. Slice the pie however you like, but in the end longer heavier bullets will retain energy and remain stable longer than lighter shorter bullets. Shooting warp speed isn't...

You completely miss read and miss understood what I said. That's cool though. My point was it's harder to hunt animals with out a corn pile. There for Couse Deer being the hardest to hunt of the white tail species because there is no corn piles. Yes. I agree moving on.

Rumor has it Couse Deer and the hardest deer to hunt in North America. I call BS. I've talked to several Blacktail hunters that have hunted Couse Deer and they say blacktail are much harder. I've heard blacktail called "gray ghost" since I was a kid. It maybe the hardest of the whitetail species...

I have confirmed BC out to 1000 yards several times. That's about where it goes sub-sonic in my 284win. The lowest I've come up with is .232 and the best was .238 G7. All done in varying atmosphere conditions. Spring, summer, and fall/early winter.

I built a new 284win long action late last year and designed the gun around that bullet. The same throat they use on the F class guns is perfect for long copper bullets. I'd have to find the reamer sheet to remember exact numbers. I prefer heavy for caliber bullets. It shoots 175-ELDX very well...

177 hammer hunter did the trick. 350 yards. 7mm hole in and a nickel size hole out. Lungs turned into liquid. Big Blacktail are hard to beat. Who else love to hunt the Grey Ghost?

    Hammer bullets

The majority of my animals taken with Hammers are blacktail deer. So on the real big side 160lbs. I just love the lack of meat damage while delivering drop dead performance. Had great results with 177s @ more moderate velocity is all I'm saying. Not trying to start sh@#.
