Newer Brownings have a 1:8 twist. At least my Hell’s Cn does.

I have the browning Hills Canyon long range. I have been struggling With it getting it to shoot under 2MOA. I thought I would like the magazine option versus the floor plate but find that I cannot get anywhere close to the lands with the magazine in the browning.

I have a custom 300 win mag and the sling rings are on the side of the front and rear stock. Someone told me that this takes a different type of sling. Any suggestions?

hate to tell you this, but I had the same rifle for a short time. I reloaded a bunch of different rounds trying to dial it in and never could. It also wouldn’t feed shells out of the magazine which took about 10 weeks to get fixed.I ended up selling it. Hope your outcome is better than mine.
