My recomemdation, take a step back and slow down. Get a tablet and write down all, all the input data on the left then create two columns. One column for each app. Systematically write down the data you input for each app on the respective line. You will find the error.
I've been doing a lot of research on the current status of the scopes on the market, with my primary concern holding zero and tracking. I'm currently having a custom rifle built and probably a second one next year after I see the results of the first. Without getting to far in the weeds I'll...
Life side tracked me for a while, but I need to get this rifle ordered. Curious what caliber are your Gunwerks? I'm still considering Flat Creek Rifles (McWhorter), GAP, and a couple others. Did you have Flat Creek or McWhorter build your 300 PRC, how's it shooting, and what scope did you...
Nightforce reticles on SFP: Can some explain to me how it is the 10 MOA hash mark on the MOAR reticle is twice are far down the verticle axis as the 10 MOA hash mark on the MOAR 30 MOA reticle? So if you hold 10 MOA in both reticles, without changing magnification in a SFP scope, aren't you...
Looking into a two rifle system. One option is 338 & 7 prc or 6.5 prc. Could I get more details on our rifle details, scope, and where you got it. From your experience with it, anything you would do differently?

2. Second for long distance elk and defend yourself in grizzly country.
Your two choices would be (rifle...
I don't quite get what you're saying. I have NF & leupolds, and when looming at comment #9s side by side comparisons. Just curious what I'm not seeing?
In that same arena you might look at the Zeiss V6, 3-18×50. You should also research tracking issues with the Leupold 5HD. I have leupold that I don't use the turrets for elev/wind correction, only magnification enhancement, and they're great scopes for that purpose. However, lots of people...
