No it's not the inside and the cloth is long gone. I know I had a bottle of something before that worked to prevent the fogging on the outside. I just can't remember what it was.

What do you use for anti-fog on your binos? I'm talking about something that works when you climbed up 1000 feet and you're sweating like a pig and it's 15 degrees. I paid good money for good optics and it's all a waste when you put them up to your sweaty eyes and they instantly fog over.

I finally got ahold of some RL26 for use in my .280 Rem Ruger No.1A. I had to jack up the Ba in Quickload to .385 to match the velocities I was seeing. So be cautious with this powder.

I tried an old sock filled with plastic Airsoft gun pellets. It was too loose. Last night I just finished sewing a cylindrical elkskin bag that I will fill with the same pellets.

My other #1 is a .300 Win Mag and also long in the throat. Not so this .280. I tried Sierra 160 gr BTSP at the SAMI OAL spec 3.33" and they wouldn't chamber. I had to go down to 3.20". I'm guessing high BC bullets like the ELD-X 162 will be a different story
