Hello, I'm an avid hunter, and love being in the great outdoors. I've hunted since I was small enough to curl up in a fish tote, and take a nap while my dad shot ducks. I got into deer hunting with my uncle, and fell in love with it as a teen. I joined the USCG at an early age. After my military career ended, hunting, and the great outdoors really revitalized me giving me a renewed outlook on life helping me cope with the hardships military duty can sometimes bring. I'm intentionally transparent about that because I think it's important for other veterans to see, and know that they can find hope in something beyond themselves. From where I sit hunting in the great outdoors is the most therapeutic thing a man or woman can do. My wife, and I lost our baby boy in 2019. I'm on a journey to take a buck in honor of him because I didn't get the chance to teach him how. I hope I can share that story with a picture of a nice buck on here one day. Life can be tough sometimes, but there is so much to be thankful for. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me, and what drives me as a hunter.
