I'm getting 3030 with the 140 Berger Elite hunters using the H1000 -

With the powders mentioned I would try H-4831 if H-1000 doesn't work. For the Apex and the VT I would try 4831. Hope this helps. 👍

FYes, felt recoil is more in lighter rifles, especially with heavier stout loads. A better muzzle brake than their factory offerings...
