I used the 3.85" Wyatt's with no problems. Loaded 245s and 215s. Both had to jump, but they liked it there after expirementing with...

All I can say is that they work well. I put on on my Tikka 30-06, which had a pretty hefty recoil and it tamed the recoil right down...
