I’m not sure how many barrel contours fn/browning used but this is probably medium or heavy. A lot of my older Sako rifles have heavy contours as well even though they were considered sporter rifles.

Usps or shipmygun would work. Don’t think you can ship ups anymore unless they an FFL. UPS recently changed their rules. Usps can ship king guns no problem.
