Hate to say it… but I’m much more dubious about the integrity of the Scope than the Rifle. I bet the Leupold went tits-up.

If you still can’t get anything going, try swapping to a scope known to shoot tight groups and test with that.

Did you check your action screws? Are you running a muzzle device? Is it loose? Assuming factory ammo, not reloads?
