    I have experienced it in Shilen SS match grade barrels and Winchester factory barrels. I am in processes of breaking in a Proof 7PRC but haven't mixed bullet types yet. We'll see shortly! It would be great if it's not an issue.

    For medium sized deer at moderate range you cant go wrong with CT ballistic tip. Never had one fail, good exit, minimal meat damage, DRT.

    Vintage FN supreme action Mauser with custom barrel built in the 1970's. Lots of throat wear but still shoots 1/2 moa with right handloads. 130 AB's with Magpro.
