ATF eForm 4 Reduced Wait Times?

As it was explained to me by an FFL/SOT who transfers a huge number of suppressors: In my opinion, the problem was that the ATF capriciously changed their stance on braces and it would awkward to suddenly require a Form 4/SBR for a pistol brace and then fail to process anything in a reasonable...

    6.5-300 Weatherby Brass?

I used to neck down .300 Wby brass for mine, but then the necks will need to be turned to get the thickness down where it should be. ETA: I used a 7-300 neck die as an intermediate step down.

ATF eForm 4 Reduced Wait Times?

The ATF is having trouble right now accepting eForms with name suffixes ("cadences") like Jr, Sr, etc.. I've been trying to submit eF4s on two devices for 8 or 10 days now and the software won't take them. SilencerShop has a notice that appears when I go to 'My Account'. Still up as of now:

    Indoor pigeons

I've shot quite a few farm/barn pigeons and used to shoot them in a big factory at night by the feed sack full. After shooting literally hundreds, I prefer a 5mm or .22 air rifle due to the way the .177 pellets zip right through the bird. I have an RWS/Diana .177 that shoots about 950 fps and...

    Master Bedroom Woodchucks!

Same here in Western MD and eastern WV where I used to hunt them a lot. As soon as the coyotes showed up, groundhogs got scarce.

    Questions about Remington 700 BDLs

    Don't underestimate old guy strength

LOL, at 67, I feel a huge amount of sympathy for anyone feeling "old" at the OP's age. Keith Richards scoffs...

    Opinions on crown angle?

I'm having a re-barrel done by a well-regarded benchrest gunsmith that holds a few records of his own. He asked "I usually do an 11 degree crown, is that OK?". I said "Sure." and that was that. BTW: How do I get that "degree" symbol on my computer that I see some of you fancy fellas using?

What is the the most flat shooting cartridge yall can think of?

This begs the question: How fast can you run them before they slide past the rifling and lose what precision they might have?

What is the the most flat shooting cartridge yall can think of?

Don't know what the point blank range was, but my 6.5-300 WWH only required 19 MOA to go from a 100 yard zero to dial on at 1,000.
