Congrats! My dad's got a cow tag in the Jemez Mountains of NM starting on Halloween. It's a sweet unit that I grew up hunting that has alot of wilderness land that keeps the atv and road warriors away. I'm looking forward to it.

Logistically has reloading material and ammo been available? It slowed me down when I could not replace what I was using. The last few months things have been betting better at least in my neck of the woods.

NM used to give out OTC Barbary sheep and Ibex tags to some rugged Mexican border units in the southern part of the state. Its what I refer to as cartel country, just be alert and know everybody will be armed. Dont forget to smile and wave. Mostly its just border patrol and then cartel dressed...
