Any powder with the burn rate of h4350 or slower will work. I’ve even used n570 works like a charm.

Might be okay if you can fine an inside neck turning tool. I would never use hornady brass, ADG or more lapua.

Shoot 140 accubonds at 3200 fps with H4831sc, I don’t know if that counts as a low recoil round.
