I ranged a bull elk at 1299 and 1301 earlier morning sun was up but that was the furthest range i caould get

iam not 100 % sure on this but it would be my understanding you get lower velocity because the case size on the AI is bigger than a 280 rem

another plus 100 for brad and keith at phoenix custom rifles, they do awsome work and there guns shoot very very good....

my buddy had the focus go out internally on his conquest and he sent it out to them and they sent him a brand new one, and he asked if he could change the reticle for a fee and they switched him to the mildot for free

is the reticle illuminated in that scope? iam pretty interested in it but i dont know alot about this scope

i have the tmr reticle on mine and i love it, not to thick and in the center cross hair there is a little square cut out so on really small targets the center doesnt cover it up

iam running 140 gr berger vld with rl22 in my rem action with 26" krieger at 2980 and it shoots really nice

i measured a 7 rum at .544 at the base and the headstamp is .526

Iam gonna load some berger 140 vld for my 6.5-284 and i was checking distance the distance to lands with the vld its at 2.487 to the ogive and my 130 accubonds are 2.494 fo the ogive, should i start my seating depth at the 2.494 because this load shoots real good or start at the 2.487 or did i...

i put a 6.5-20 x 50 mark 4 lrt on my 6.5-284 and i love it , i figure if i cant see what iam shooting at then i cant hit it,

i have thought about the low end spectrum but i feel most of my long range hunting will be done at distances greater than 100 yds so i think the 8 wouldnt bother me that much,

I have a remington sendero 7mm ultra and iam looking to get a leupold mark 4 i need to know if a 8.5-25 x 50 will be too much or should i go with the 6.5-20 x 50 i already have one 6.5-20 on my 6.5-284 and i really like it, but if i stretch the 7mm out will i need the extra power? iam at a loss...
