I would get behind the scope and check the eye relief. You should be able to tell if it moved.

So it looks like your scope moved in the mounts. I would redo scope mount and recheck off bags. Make sure the scope is not fubar.

Sleds are hard on scopes and rifles. The recoil has to go somewhere.

What brass are you using? It’s a known issue with the clickers. It could also do what you describe if your chamber is a little tight.
