    Great Podcast on terminal performance.

That's great! I didn't say it was impossible either, I said more difficult. I'd be interested to see what litz reads those for av and cut them and see how they managed to do it Fwiw I’ve seen 7prc 180 eldm and 175 eldx match up within a few .1-.2 mrad out to 1k in a rifle another forum is...

Fwiw I got mine in today and I'm very impressed. Pretty swamped with work and family but hope to get some live rounds down next week. Off hand it's very nice, and much better than I had expected even. The grip feel is fantastic in about every way. Shape, angle and width are all about perfect...

    Great Podcast on terminal performance.

Weight and bc doesn't mean it's going to have the same point of impact, but even if so considering that bc is a function of form factor how could they duplicate the shape and weight with different metal amounts? Usually hunting bullets have more copper in the base and a tapering profile, the...

it was designed to be a minimalistic sporter stock with nothing hanging below the forend. Originally they weren't even sure about the scallop but a poll showed it was 50/50 so they made both. The designer is a proponent of shooting off a backpack vs even a bipod, so I don't think he cares for...

    Great Podcast on terminal performance.

One of the biggest frustrations with the "hunting with match bullets" conversations is they are argued as one homogenous design. They are not all the same, and they do not all perform the same in tissue. Eldms don't perform the same as scenars, berger hybrids don't perform the same as SMKs...

I bought land - now what?

depends on how the ground is without manipulation but I really like leaning into the natural pattern that’s already there and possibly clearing light brush to do food plots over just slapping in some corn. We let the neighbors feed them corn :)

Is your favorite rifle custom made or factory made ? I have a close tie

My favorite rifle is my comp gun, tikka in a krg chassis with a Tooley chambered Bartlien

Maybe I'll change my mind when I get mine, but from photos I don't dislike the look personally As far as the bottom of the stock being flat, it's definitely not for anything visual. They are very clear that it's to reduce the opportunity for muzzle rise during recoil and that minor elevation...

I have one on order as well, am quite excited to see it in person. I don’t personally even find it ugly from pictures. We will see in real life. My eh1 is good it’s just not quite there, I think this one is gonna be the ticket
