Probably in the H1000 burn speed you'll find good performance. Lots of load data from the powder manufacturers.

Is anyone shooting the 143 Hammer Hunter out of a 7 SAUM? Found a little info out of 280AI and 28 Nosler but nothing on the SAUM...

RE23 was my favorite on 280AI and 7RM. Easy to load, low ES and the easy button for speed.
