i would recommend the remington 5R 300 win mag. they are priced well at about 1,000$ . every one i have shot would shoot just about any load really well.

130 berger vlds with h-4831 62 grs. fed 215gm primer. mv=3200fps. this load shoots real well in my 700 sendero. its a warm load. start low and work up.

blc2 seems to be fine as far as temp stable . i also shoot it in my 204 ruger with great results also.

every gun will shoot the same load differently. but for what its worth 175 smk with 46 gr. BL-C(2) shot the best in mine. i tried varget and RL15 but the BL-C(2) shoots as .3s all day.

hard to beat the rem 700 sendero topped with a vx3 4.5-14x40

i purchased one last year. i wont hunt without one in nd.. its nice running thru a few hundred rounds at the range without ear plugs

i currently shoot a aac cyclone 308 can. i love it. i use it on a 308,223,260,and 204 ruger. its a 5/8-24 thread pitch. i have yet to see a change in zero with it on or off. i also have a aac titan ss in the works for my 338 rum. cant wait to see how that performs..
